The Morabito Law Offices began approximately 70 years ago and collectively offer over a century of experience.
All attorneys at Morabito Law Office are solo practitioners, with their own individual law practice.
Collectively, we have more than a century of experience serving clients with legal representation. Our office is located in Rochester, New York. We service all counties in Upstate New York, and throughout the world on Intellectual Property related matters.
Today, the offices are shared by two of Nicholas’ sons, David R. Morabito and Kevin A. Morabito, as well as his grandson, Andrew G. Morabito.

Our Founder
Now retired, Nicholas Morabito, Esq., started his legal practice in 1954. His area of concentration included Education Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, and General Business Law. He was a School Board of Education Attorney for a total of 56 years. His passion and dedication for the law inspired four of his seven sons to also enter the practice of law.

David R. Morabito, Esq. has been practicing criminal law for over three decades. He is a trial attorney with experience at the State and Federal levels. In additional to criminal law, he also assists clients in matters of personal injury, civil litigation, family, matrimonial, and education law.
Kevin Morabito, Esq.
Kevin Morabito, Esq., a former State and Federal Prosecutor, concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, estate law, town and village ordinances and general practice.
